What is the typical shipping time for drone components?
We process most orders within 24 hours. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Do you offer technical support for FPV drone builds?
Yes, our team of experienced pilots provides technical guidance. While we cannot build the drone for you, we can help troubleshoot wiring diagrams, Betaflight configurations, and hardware compatibility via our support portal.
What is your return policy for electronic components?
Unopened and unused components can be returned within 30 days. Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been soldered, crashed, or modified due to the sensitive nature of FPV electronics.
Are the LiPo batteries shipped with specific safety precautions?
Absolutely. All LiPo batteries are shipped via ground transport in accordance with hazardous materials regulations. They are packaged in fire-retardant materials to ensure maximum safety during transit.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Most of our flight controllers, ESCs, and VTX modules are covered by a 90-day manufacturer warranty against defects. This does not cover damage resulting from crashes, water exposure, or incorrect polarity during soldering.
